Technical diligence
Establish software condition against the investment assumptions your team is examining. Identify technical exposure, size repair requirements, and retain the evidence behind the conclusion.
For professional firms · Partner engagements
Big Lever AI gives advisory, diligence, and audit firms software intelligence configured to their engagements. Define the question, the scope, and the evidence your team needs. We examine the software and deliver findings your firm can inspect and use.
The instrument supports different examinations of the same asset: its technical condition, exposure to AI substitution, remediation requirements, or evidence against specified controls.

Configuration
Configurability extends from the purpose of the examination to the way the findings support your firm's work.
The agreed configuration is recorded with the examination. Every result retains its measurement basis, confirmation, and coverage.
Applications
Establish software condition against the investment assumptions your team is examining. Identify technical exposure, size repair requirements, and retain the evidence behind the conclusion.
Assess which product capabilities are threatened by model advances or newer implementations, which advantages remain defensible, and what a technical response would require.
Examine the affected components, establish the work required, and size that work at the incumbent team's demonstrated pace. Organize the findings around the priorities in your brief.
Produce code-derived evidence against the applicable technical requirements in your assessment. These may draw on SOC 2 criteria, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, applicable EU AI Act requirements, or a sector-specific obligation. Confirmed exceptions, verified-clean results, incomplete evidence, and requirements outside the technical scope remain distinct.
Each application draws on the same instrument. The engagement determines the question and how its findings are used.
The evidence standard
Big Lever AI combines an array of publicly available analysis tools with an in-house execution harness and analysis layer. The tools are selected to suit the codebase and the examination.
We reconcile their results, investigate disagreements and gaps, and reproduce every material finding by an independent method, with confirmation by a named reviewer. The same inputs and measurement configuration produce byte-identical normalized measurements, reconciled findings, and AI-generated analysis.
Your deliverable retains the source, affected population, location, confirmation, and coverage behind the findings. Verified-clean results identify what the examination established for the specified examination and measured scope, including reconciliation and gap analysis. Repair estimates reflect the work required at the incumbent team's demonstrated pace.
Your firm's work
We scope the examination around how your team will use the findings, who will review them, and what the engagement has to deliver. Your firm can use the technical record within a broader assessment or as the evidence supporting its own deliverable.
Private-label arrangements can be scoped with your firm, including report presentation, attribution, review responsibilities, and delivery.
Big Lever AI stands behind its technical findings. Big Lever AI performs no audit and issues no attestation or certification. Your firm determines how that evidence supports its own conclusions and any attestation or certification it is authorized to issue.
Getting started
Bring a live engagement, the relevant software context, and the evidence your team needs. We will define the examination, establish what the instrument can substantiate, and scope the deliverable, timing, and fee.
